- 22 years of college coaching experience
- Joined the Wolves-Hawks Soccer Club in 2001
Prior coaching commitments include: Assistant Coach of Southern Connecticut State College (1978-1980), Assistant Coach of Dartmouth College (1980-1982), Head Coach of Cleveland State University (1982-1987), Assistant Coach of University of Maine (1989-1990), Assistant Coach of Boston University (1991-1992), and Head Coach of Cleveland State University (1993-2000). Mr. Doyle was awarded Midcontinent Conference Coach of the Year while at Cleveland State University three times; 1984, 1986 and 1993.
Mr. Doyle attended Hartwick College in New York and played for the varsity team from 1971-1974. He has a Masters degree in Physical Education and a Minor in Coaching Competency.

Dave Hicklin played for Langley Rangers AFC and for Hollins High School in his youth. Before moving to the US he played for Bury FC (1968-1970) and Semi Pro for Hollang Utd in the Greater Manchester area of England. After moving to the U.S. he was College All-American at Oakland Community College in 1980.

- Coaching at Oakland University Summer Camps (1981 - present).

- One of the Top 10 Division I coaches with 363 career wins.
- Three time Summit League Coach of the Year (2005, 2007 and 2008).
- Earned five Mideast Coach of the Year selections.
- Participated in the Final Four seven times and the national championship game three times.
- Coach of the victorious West team in the 1989 Soccer Senior Bowl in St. Louis.

- Former Staff Coach with USYSA Region II ODP (1982-2008)
- Former Director of Coaching with the North Metro Rangers (Metrostars) in the mid 1990's.

Gary Parsons enjoyed a noteworthy playing career. He was voted the Most Valuable Defensive player at Plymouth State College as a senior (1973) and helped the Panthers to the New England State College Athletic Conference finals twice. He is a 2006 inductee in the PSU Athletic Hall of Fame.

Lars Richters grew up in Livonia and was a player in the club from 1982 through 1987. After graduating from Livonia Stevenson High School, Lars went on to enjoy four outstanding years at Yale University. Following this experience, he returned to Michigan to begin a professional indoor soccer career with the Detroit Rockers of the National Professional Soccer League from 1991-1998.
