Boz Vrzovski played soccer in his youth career in Germany for TUS Prien and then continued for the youth soccer school and academy team for FK Pelister (1981-84). He played professionally for the first team of FK Pelister (Premier 1 Macedonian League) from 1985 through 1989. He has a Master of Science degree in Business Adminstration from Madonna University and Professional Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.
